Leap Autosampler Video PDF Print E-mail

This video shows a Leap HTS autosampler with a 3-drawer stack (on the left) that can take six microplates or six deep well plates and a 6-drawer stack (on the right) that will take twelve microplates. Special thanks to Leap Technologies for providing the video.  Please note that One-Minute NMR is normally provided with the Leap HTC autosampler to save benchtop space (see photo) but is compatible with either autosampler. For more details on the Leap autosampler, please see our friends at Leap Technologies (www.leaptec.com).

Benefits of the CapNMR Probe

The CapNMR probe is one of the most mass sensitive NMR devices on the market today. The CapNMR probe allows the chemist to use much less sample and solvent than a conventional 5mm probe at a much lower cost than a cryoprobe. Some of the benefits include:

  • Less sample and less time
    • Collaborators spend less time synthesizing sample
    • Spectroscopists spend less time acquiring data
  • Lower operating costs
    • Low deuterated solvent cosumption
    • Does not required a dedicated magnet and spectrometer like a cryoprobe.
  • High quality data
    • Clean baseline
    • Lower solvent peaks
  • Easy to use
    • Easy to shim using at most 8 shims, typically only 5 (X1, Y1, Z1, Z2, X2Y2)
    • Compatible with all standard pulse sequences
